About Vex 7
Vex 7 is the seventh act in the Vex series and it keeps the shape fans expect: a stickman, a run of ten acts made of spikes, saws, moving blocks and one-tile landings, plus a set of stars to collect and time trials to chase. Checkpoints are frequent, which is what makes a game this precise playable at all.
Amazing Adam has been making these since 2012 and the level design is tight; nothing is unfair, most of it is hard.
How to Play Vex 7
- Start with Act 1.
- Run, jump and wall-jump through the traps to the act's exit.
- Collect the stars for extra challenge.
- Beat every act to unlock the harder ones and the time trials.
Controls
- Arrow keys or WASD: move, jump and climb.
- Down: slide or crouch.
- Touch: on-screen buttons.
Tips and Tricks
- Wall-jumps chain; do not let go of the direction key between them.
- Slide under the low saws, do not try to jump them.
- Checkpoints are free. Touch every one.
- The stars are optional; finish the act first, then go back.
