Temple Run 2 is the classic escape runner: sprint from the demon monkey, turn on the corners, jump the gaps and slide under the roots.
About Temple Run 2
Temple Run 2 is the sequel that gave the original mines, ziplines and a cliffside to run along. You are already being chased when the run starts, and the only thing that ends it is a mistake: a missed turn, a late jump, a slide you did not take.
It is an endless runner in the purest sense — there is no finish, only a distance and a coin count, and both are yours to beat next time.
How to Play Temple Run 2
- Start running — the chase is already on.
- Turn at every corner, a beat before you reach it.
- Jump the gaps and slide under the low branches.
- Lean left and right to sweep up the coins along the track.
Controls
- Left and Right arrows: turn at a corner.
- Up arrow: jump. Down arrow: slide.
- A and D, or the mouse: lean to collect coins.
Tips and Tricks
- Turn early. The corner is forgiving before it, not after it.
- Leaning is free distance: it never slows you down.
- Spend coins on the head start and the coin magnet first.
- When the speed ramps, stop chasing coins and just read the track.
